Faith & Feelings: Emotional Regulation for Adults

A 6-Week Virtual Journey to Understanding Your Heart through Scripture and Science

Do you ever feel like your emotions are "too much" for your faith—or that your faith isn't "enough" for your emotions?

In a world that tells us to either "just have more faith" or "just follow your feelings," many of us feel lost in the middle. Faith & Feelings is a premium, intimate virtual group designed to bridge that gap. We combine clinical emotional literacy with the timeless wisdom of the Psalms to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded in Christ.

The Roadmap

Each 90-minute session includes live teaching, Scripture reflection, and practical mindfulness tools:

  • Week 1: Emotional Awareness & the "Lament" model (Psalm 42).

  • Week 2: Emotional Literacy: If you can name it, you can tame it.

  • Week 3: Triggers & Responses: Identify the "why" behind your reactions.

  • Week 4: Healthy Boundaries: Protecting your heart without the guilt.

  • Week 5: Self-Compassion: Experiencing the kindness God has for you.

  • Week 6: Your Personal Regulation Plan: A custom toolkit for the long haul.
