Renewed Mind: Overcoming Anxiety Through Faith is a 6-week virtual healing journey designed to help adults break free from anxious thoughts, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual discouragement. Through practical coping skills and biblical truth, this program gently guides participants toward peace, clarity, and renewed confidence in God’s presence.

Each week blends clinical anxiety-reduction strategies, guided reflection, and faith-centered encouragement, offering a safe space to grow, heal, and reconnect with God’s promises.

Participants Will Learn How To:

  • Understand the roots of anxiety from both a clinical and spiritual perspective

  • Replace negative thinking patterns with truth-based, scripture-aligned thoughts

  • Practice grounding, breathwork, and emotional regulation skills

  • Strengthen trust in God during stressful moments

  • Build a consistent faith routine that promotes calm and focus

  • Develop lifelong strategies for maintaining a peaceful, renewed mind
